Terms of Service

Step by Sketch turns a photo into a printable coloring page and a step-by-step drawing tutorial. It is made for children to use together with a parent or guardian. The service is operated by Revlio, LLC (doing business as Step by Sketch). By using it you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Accounts may only be created by adults (18+). The account holder is responsible for activity under the account. Children must not be given the sign-in email. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (for example, scripted bulk generation).

• The free tier includes a limited number of tutorial generations per month (currently 3).
• Unlimited plans: $6.99/month or $49/year, each with a 7-day free trial. A reasonable fair-use cap applies to prevent scripted abuse.
• Billing is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time in the customer portal — one click, no retention tricks — and keep access through the period you paid for.
• If you cancel within 7 days of a renewal and haven't used the service since renewal, email us and we'll refund it.
• Prices may change; existing subscribers get 30 days' email notice before any change affects them.

Your photos are yours. The coloring pages and tutorials generated from them are yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes. You give us only the limited permission needed to process the photo and store the resulting drawings in your account. Don't upload photos you don't have the right to use, and don't upload photos of other people's children without their parent's permission.

Don't attempt to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer billing for, or script against the service; don't submit unlawful content; don't use the service to generate content intended to harm anyone. We enforce rate limits and may refuse processing of any image.

The service is provided "as is." Generation quality can vary with the photo. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You can stop using the service or delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how). We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with a refund of any unused prepaid period unless the violation was abusive or unlawful.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, unless applicable law gives you the right to another venue.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and email account holders 30 days before the change takes effect.
